So, if you've been following along with the challenge, by now you've probably got a few people in your group…

And you may be wondering what to do with your new leads now you've got them?

If so, this lesson will help 🙂

So, in today's training I'm going to explain to you a little more about the two essential types of content to post in your group each day to position you as a TRUSTED ADVISOR and help you build up your warm market of prospects who know, like and trust you…

And once you have an audience of people who know, like and trust you and see you as a trusted advisor… success will follow close behind 🙂

What is The Focus of Your Group?

Now, before you start posting content, your first job is to identify who your target market is, and figure out what pains, problems and challenges you are solving…

Once you know this, you'll know where to focus your group…

If you're involved with a home based business or Network Marketing company, then chances are… you have a product or service which can help a specific type of person solve a specific type of problem…

Plus you might also have a business opportunity attached to your company where you make money by building a team and helping others…

So, where is your Facebook group going to be focused?

  • Attracting customers for a specific product or service? Or
  • Attracting Business builders to join your team?

An important thing we teach our Academy members is that you should focus on one or the other in your Facebook group, otherwise it gets very complicated if you have multiple groups…

And if you mix your group up with product focused customers and business builders… people get very confused and you won't make money…

What Problem Are You Solving?

If you're targeting customers, because you've got a product or service that helps people with a specific problem, then figure out what their problem is and create content around solving that problem.

If you're targeting business builders, entrepreneurs, network marketers etc… then I can tell you exactly what their problems are right now…

They struggle with:

  • Getting leads
  • Sponsoring, enrolling new reps
  • Making sales of their products or services
  • Putting more cash in their pocket
  • Getting their team to duplicate and take action

So, if you want to bring more business builders into your team using the Internet, then you may want to target existing network marketers who are struggling to build their existing business and are looking for more help and support…

Or if you have an online business opportunity, then you may want to target Internet Marketers / Affiliate Marketers who are struggling with making money…

Etc…

So, really before you can figure out what kind of content to post, you need to identify your target market, and the pains, problems and challenges you are going to solve…

Do Some Market Research…

When you first get started, you'll probably have no idea what to focus on, or what problem you are solving…

So, you'll need to just do your best… start bringing in new leads to your group and start having a conversation with those people

Find out what they're struggling with…

Find out what they need help with…

Find out what keeps them awake at night…

And figure out how you can solve their biggest issues…

If you've got ZERO members / leads in your own group, then go into other groups and do some research…

In order to figure this out, you need to be chatting with people and asking them questions…

And gradually over time you'll get better and better at this and will start coming up with SOLUTIONS to their problems…

And then your group focus, target market and content you create will be about these solutions…

The Two Essential Types of Content to Post in Your FB Group Daily…

OK, so there's two types of content you'll want to post in your Facebook group each day…

Content Type #1: Value Based Content

Content Type #2: Engagement Based Content

Let's take a quick look at each of these types of content…

Content Type #1: Value Based Content

Create ONE value based post each day in your group, aimed at helping your prospects with a specific problem they have…

You'll probably notice in the Networking Superstars group, that I often post value based content with the aim of helping people solve their getting leads problems, and/or their problems related to making more sales, sponsoring more reps and making more money…

Your value based content should be:

  • Non salesy
  • Non pitchy
  • Non spammy
  • Short enough that people want to read, but long enough to get your point across… (100-200 words is perfect, or 2-5 minute video max)
  • Interesting
  • Valuable

The purpose of your value based content is to help position you as a TRUSTED ADVISOR. Somebody who your audience knows, likes and trusts and they can see you as somebody who can help them with their problem…

Interesting Tip: One thing you'll notice over time is that when you post your Value Based Content you probably won't get many comments and engagement on the post… however people WILL see it, and they will benefit from it.

So, don't worry if you don't get any comments on your value based post immediately…

Content Type #2: Engagement Based Content

Create ONE engagement based post each day in your group, aimed at getting to know your audience better…

Ask a question…

Keep it short…

And it doesn't have to be a business related question either…

Sometimes the simplest questions get the most engagement…

The purpose of your engagement based content is to get people to COMMENT, like and / or share your post.

The more people are engaged in your group, the more Facebook will show them your posts

And the more people will get to know you, and vice versa…

You may have heard that people tend to do business with people they know, like and trust…

So, that's your goal!

Become a TRUSTED ADVISOR to your audience by helping them solve a specific problem…

And when this happens, they know, like and trust you… and it becomes much, much easier to make sales of your products or services and enrol / sponsor people into your business…

Action Steps For Today's Lesson

OK, so your action step for today's lesson is to create TWO posts in your group…

One post in the MORNING, and one in the AFTERNOON or EVENING…

It doesn't matter if you don't have any members / leads in there yet… just create the content…

It could be a:

  • Written post
  • Video
  • Image
  • Audio
  • Etc

Remember 1 X's Value Based Post, and 1 X's Engagement Based Post…

You probably won't get any comments or engagement for a while… but what we've found is that usually 5-10% of our members engage on our posts… so if you have 100 leads / members, you'll probably get 5-10 comments etc…

And again, that depends on how well you've identified your target market, audience, niche, pains, problems, challenges and solutions etc…

And how good your content is…

So, create two SIMPLE posts…

They don't need to be complicated…

They don't need to be long…

Just take ACTION and create the posts…

Then, REPEAT DAILY in addition to attracting more leads and members into your group…
