Four (4) Free Guided Meditations For You…

Hey 🙂

It's Gavin here…

Meditation and visualisation have played a big part in my life for the last few years. It's really helped me calm my mind which in turn has helped me relax my body and get into a state of happiness, alignment and wellbeing most of the time…

Below you'll find four (4) free guided meditations which are roughly 15 minutes long.

You'll find:

1. A General Wellbeing Meditation
2. A Financial Wellbeing Meditation
3. A Physical Wellbeing Meditation
4. A Relationships Wellbeing Meditation

These are meditations by “Abraham Hicks” whom I listen to and learn from every single day…

If you know about the Law Of Attraction, then you may have heard of “Abraham” before…

If not, you should check them out 🙂

If this is all new to you… when you first start listening you might find some of the terminology a little different than you are used to… and you may not understand what it all means…

Just relax and let go… do not try to grasp it… do not try to understand it. Just close your eyes and focus on your breathing

If you have a morning routine, then I recommend listening to ONE of these meditations during this time…

Or, you could listen if you have 15 minutes before you start work…

Listen on your phone on the train when you commute to work…

Listen just before bed to help you sleep better…

Even if you only listen for 2-5 minutes each day, it is better than not doing it at all. So, don't think you need to listen to the entire 15 minutes each time.

Just take a few deep breaths, relax your mind… let go of any negative thoughts you might be holding and focus on your breath.

If you do decide to make this part of your morning or daily routine, then you may want to rotate the meditations to listen to a different one each day… They are all as important as each other…

Just remember that you do not need to get this perfect. You just need to get started 🙂 You have your entire life in front of you so relax and enjoy and watch the magical things happen in your life…
