Hey team, here are the instructions for our 24/7 Online Travel Party Webinar which runs every day of the week. You can send anybody to it. Friends, family, anybody else you know, plus other Network Marketers if you’d like to.

The webinar runs on the hour, every hour of every single day of the week. (Example, let's say you wanted your prospect to watch at 3pm on a Tuesday, then YOU would register your prospect between 2pm and 3pm on the Tuesday to attend that session. (Otherwise the session will not show up on the registration page.)

Please Note: Please be aware that the time you see on the registration page will be the local time for you and your prospect. So when you speak to your prospect you need to factor in the time zone difference if your prospect lives in a different country.

Otherwise you may say 9pm to your prospect, and if they are in America / Eastern time... that would be 2am UK time, or vice versa.

Here is the process you will need to follow for best results:

1: Invite

You Invite your prospect to the webinar

2: Present

You speak with your prospect on the phone and do your 3-step setup  (either on your own or with your sponsor / upline to help you - please ask if you need help)

- YOU register your prospect for the webinar

- Your prospect attends the webinar & watches it

3: Close / Collect Decision

You pick up the phone and do a follow-up call with your prospect. (You can also ask your sponsor / upline to help you with this call, especially if they were also on the 3-step setup call...)

IMPORTANT: Get on the PHONE 100% of the time. Text messages and Social Media will NOT work. (Only use text / social media if you only ever communicate with that person that way.)

Step 1 - Invite To Webinar

Inviting is key. If you don’t invite anybody then you won’t have anybody on the webinar which means nobody will join your team, which means you’ll make zero money and will stay in the exact same place as you are now…

So, get GOOD at inviting… and the only way to get good is to practice.

Always invite your prospect using the method you usually would usually communicate with them.

If you usually speak with them on the phone, then call them… if you usually text them, then text invite them… if you usually FB message them, then do that. Make it as normal as possible and just make the invite.

Here are the invitation instructions for inviting people to the webinar / presentation.

Make sure you watch the videos on this page over and over again until you get it... and practice it to yourself or with a friend or partner a few times.

The BEST practice is real life practice, so once you've watched the videos in the inviting section on this page, start inviting people ASAP.

The 4 Step Invite:

Step 1: Be in a Hurry
Step 2: Clear the Date
Step 3: Something to Show You
Step 4: Confirm time and day / date

PHONE CALL INVITE SCRIPTS TO INVITE FOR WEBINAR

“Hey Sarah, it’s Gavin. I’m in a bit of a rush right now so I don’t have a lot of time to talk but are you free on Monday around 8pm for about an hour?”

If they are busy, you end the call and let them know you’ll try another time. You could say…

“Hey, no worries, I’ll call you sometime soon when we're going to do this again and I'll let you know a little more…”

The WORST mistake you can make is to keep asking for a different time because it makes you sound desperate.

Now, if they are free, you move on to Step 3

“Awesome listen, I’ve got an exciting new project I’m working on and I'd love to share it with you. If you can you be in front of your computer for about 7.45pm Monday I'll give you a quick call to show you some info and explain a little more about what we're up to..."

Sarah says…

“What is it?”

You say:

“I wish I could explain it but it would be like trying to give a haircut over the phone, it’s impossible. So does Monday at 7.45pm work ok for you to be in front of your computer?”

If they keep pressing you for what it is, you can fall back on what you first said when you called about being in a rush, and having something else important you need to do.

Or, you could say something like:

“Sarah, I’ve known you for a long time, do I have enough credibility with you to get 60 minutes of your time?”

The key with the invite is having a sense of urgency and excitement and realising your job is NOT to convince them to join, it’s simply to have them see what you’re doing.

If you want to get your first 6 people in the next 10 days, you want to get through the people on your names list as fast as possible.

Remember: Use the word “IDEA” or “PROJECT” in place of “Business Opportunity”

Practice makes perfect. Repeat, repeat, repeat...

You are basically a professional inviter. Get good at inviting people.

The webinar will do the presenting for you... and if you show enough people the presentation, you will close some of them. It's a numbers game 🙂

If you want to send a text message or a Facebook message. You could send something like:

“Hey, hows things? Are you free on Monday around 8pm for about an hour?"

OK, the 2nd step in the process is for your prospect to watch the webinar and see the presentation. However before they do that, you will need to jump on the phone with your prospect just before the webinar starts to explain your WHY for doing this...

The difference this will make when your prospect watches the webinar is HUGE. The 3-Step Setup is the key...

Please Note: The webinar runs every single hour, of every single day... however when you go to the registration page you will ONLY see the next session available... meaning you can only register your prospect for the webinar up to ONE (1) hour before they want to watch it.

OK, so depending on how many people you've invited to the webinar, you will need to jump on the phone with each of them at some point before the webinar starts to do your 3-Step Setup AND to get their email address to register them for the webinar...

(Each 3-Step Setup call should take no longer than 5 mins)

On your 3-Step Setup call, you need to do the following things:

  1. Keep the call short (5 mins) and deliver your 3-step setup. (DO NOT try to explain about WorldVentures)
  2. Get your prospects email address and register them for the webinar
  3. Tell them you'll call them back once the webinar is finished to see what they liked best

The videos on this page explain the 3-step setup perfectly. Be sure to watch them over and over again until you get it. Once you get it, then create your own 3-step setup.

Here's the overview of the 3-step setup

  2. Big Deal, All-In
  3. Doesn't Matter / Don't Care

You will use the 3-step setup at the start of every presentation / webinar to get your prospect eager to hear more.

At the end of your 3-Step Setup ask your prospect for their email address and register them for the webinar, then tell them to go check their email and click the link to watch.

Make sure they know you'll call them back after the webinar to see what they liked best.

3-Step Setup Example

Here is an example of how my 3-step setup would sound. I've also tagged on a little bit at the end of this to get your prospect registered for the webinar and on to the webinar just before it starts.

Hey Steve, how are you doing, thanks for meeting. It’s good to speak with you.

Listen, I want to share some things with you that I don’t share often with other people…

You may not know this but I’ve been working 50,60, sometimes 70 hours per week in my business right now and I’ve been pretty much chained to my desk. Yes I’ve been making good money but I’ve just had no free time.

I’ve got a two children and a wife who I rarely see with their eyes open. I’m often out at work early before they wake up and I don’t get in often until they’re in bed.

And I can just see my life passing by. I can see a lot of problems and challenges coming my way because of it. And I feel guilty sometimes that I’m just not there for them, and frustrated because I know there’s more to my life than just working.

I don’t know if you can relate to that yourself.

I feel like there more inside of me than what I’m doing right now. I’ve got hobbies, passions and things I really want to do with my life.

And I want to be the father and husband that I deep down know that I can be.

So, I was looking for something. I knew exactly where I wanted to go and I just needed the right vehicle. And I found it.

"Awesome, so what I’ll do is I’ll get you registered for the online webinar that will take place at 8pm your time tonight.

And then you’ll be able to watch what this is all about. You’ll hear from one of the top guys I’m working on this project with. Richard Matharoo.

Your prospect gives you their email address:

OK, it’s stevesmith@gmail.com

You go register your prospect here: http://freedomdream.team/travel-webinar-registration and then say something like:

“Perfect… I’ve just registered you. Go check your email now and you should see an email from Gavin Mountford (who's another top guy I'm working closer with) with the link inside.

If you can't find it, it may have gone into your spam box so make sure you check there also.

Got it? Great…If you open up that email and click the link… it should open up the webinar for you. Let me know when you've done that.

I’ll give you a quick call after the webinar has finished just to see what you liked best about what you saw…

You may have watched this video already, but watch it again. Repetition is the mother of skill! At around the 11 minute mark, Matt Morris goes through "What to say pre-presentation", and he gives a checklist of 5 things.

These 5 things include the 3-step setup.

The webinar will do the presentation for you so there is nothing you have to do to explain anything.

Remember: Up until this point, all your prospect should know is that you are working on a new project / idea that you'd like to show them and that you can explain it to them in a few minutes, it is something they need to see in full.

Now it's time to sit back, relax and wait until the webinar is over...

Step 3 - Close / Collect the Decision

Ok, so now your prospect has watched the webinar, all you need to do is jump on the phone to see what they liked best about what they just saw. If they have any questions, you then call your upline / sponsor and do a short 3-way call.

It is very important that you call your prospect back after the webinar, or as soon as possible to get their feedback.

The best question to ask is this:

Wow, pretty exciting wasn’t it? What did you like best about what you just saw?

If it’s negative then don’t try to convince them and you don’t need to defend the opportunity. Just move on to the next person.

If it’s positive feedback, then say this:

 Awesome, it sounds to me like you’re ready to get started?

Let’s put you into the system right now so we can help you enjoy the benefits immediately.
